(57)【要約】 【課題】 傷んでいる被搬送品を効率的に選別する搬送 処理装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 農作物、果物、加工食品等の被搬送品W を搬送するコンベヤ1と、前記コンベヤ1上に置かれた 前記被搬送品Wの表皮に対して紫外線を照射する紫外線 照射手段13と、前記紫外線が照射されることで前記被 搬送品Wに含まれるフラボノイドから発する蛍光を検出 する蛍光検出手段14と、前記蛍光検出手段14の出力 に基づいて前記被搬送品Wの傷み具合を判定する判定手 段11とを備える。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance treatment apparatus by which damaged products to be conveyed are sorted efficiently. SOLUTION: The conveyance treatment apparatus is provided with a conveyor 1 which conveys products W to be conveyed such as farm products, fruits, processed foods or the like, an ultraviolet-ray irradiation means 13 by which the surface skin of the products W to be conveyed on the conveyor 1 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, a fluorescence detection means 14 which detects fluorescence generated from flavonoid contained in the products W to be conveyeyed when the urtraviolet rays are irradiated, and a judgment means 11 by which the damage state of the products W to be conveyed is judged on the basis of the output of the means 14.
