Laminated coil component and its manufacturing method

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated coil component, having a structure where insulating breakdown voltage between coils can be improved, without enlarging the height size of a component and having a structure with is less deterioration of the coupling amount of the coils, and to provide a manufacturing method of the component. SOLUTION: A laminated transformer 1 is provided with a magnetic object sheet 2, where coil conductors 3 to 11 are arranged on a surface and a magnetic object sheet 2 where glass insulating layers 16 to 19 are disposed on the surface. The magnetic object sheet 2 is formed of Ni-Zn ferrite and Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite, for example. The glass insulating layers 16 to 19 are formed of Si-based, an Si-B-based, an Si-Al-based and an Si-Zn-based glass paste, and it contains at least one type of Ca, Sr, Ba and Mg. The glass insulating layers 16 to 19 have pattern widths, equal to or larger of the conductor widths of the coil conductors 3 to 11, and have annular patterns in shapes which are almost the same as those of the coil conductors 3 to 11. 【課題】 部品の高さ寸法を大きくしないでコイル間の絶縁耐圧を上げることができ、コイル同士の結合量の低下も少ない構造を有する積層コイル部品およびその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 積層トランス1は、コイル導体3〜11をそれぞれ表面に設けた磁性体シート2と、ガラス絶縁層16〜19をそれぞれ表面に設けた磁性体シート2等で構成されている。磁性体シート2は、例えばNi−Zn系フェライトやNi−Zn−Cuフェライトでできている。ガラス絶縁層16〜19は、Si系、Si−B系、Si−Al系もしくはSi−Zn系のガラスペーストからなり,Ca,Sr,Ba,Mgのうち少なくとも1種類以上を含む。ガラス絶縁層16〜19は、コイル導体3〜11の導体幅と同等かそれ以上のパターン幅を有し、コイル導体3〜11と略同様の形状の環状パターンを有している。 【選択図】 図1
