Abstract

【課題】連続運転が可能で、ストレーナ清掃要員の削減が可能な水封槽の操業安定化方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 乾留キルンにより廃棄物を熱分解した残さを投下し、循環ポンプにより循環させる水封槽の操業安定化方法であって、前記水封槽に複数の取水部を設け、該取水部に設けた金網により前記熱分解した残さに含まれる残さカーボンを捕集し、前記複数の取水部のうち閉塞した取水部からの取水を停止して、該閉塞した取水部に設けられた金網に流体による逆圧をかけて洗浄しながら、閉塞していない取水部からの取水を継続することにより、前記循環ポンプを停止させることなく取水部の閉塞を解除することを特徴とする水封槽の操業安定化方法。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing the operation of a water-sealed vessel by which continuous operation can be carried out, and a member needed for cleaning a strainer can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for stabilizing the operation of the water-sealed vessel to which the residue obtained by thermally decomposing a waste by a carbonization kiln is charged, and the water is recycled by a circulating pump comprises installing two or more water-intake parts in the water-sealed vessel, collecting the residual carbon contained in the residue obtained by the thermal decomposition by wire meshes installed in the water-intake parts, stopping the intake of the water from the plugged water-intake part in the two or more water-intake parts while continuing the water intake from the unplugged water-intake parts, and cleaning the wire mesh installed in the plugged water-intake part by adding back pressure by a fluid to the wire mesh to remove the plugging of the water-intake part without stopping the circulation pump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
