Abstract

【課題】燃料電池の燃料・酸化剤の供給一時停止後の供給再開時に、水蓄積装置からの排水を行うことなく、燃料循環手段への水流入を防止する。 【解決手段】燃料・酸化剤供給停止判断部104は、水蓄積量検出手段101が検出した水の蓄積量と、停止時間推測手段が推測した停止時間と、燃料電池運転状態検出手段103が検出した燃料電池システムの状態とに基づいて燃料及び酸化剤の少なくとも一方の供給を停止させる判断を行い、燃料供給手段105と酸化剤供給手段106とに、供給停止の指示を行う。 【選択図】 図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from flowing into a fuel circulation means without drainage from a water accumulation apparatus, at resumption of supply of fuel/oxidant for a fuel cell after suspended supply operation. SOLUTION: A fuel/oxidant supply stop decision section 104 makes a decision to stop supplying at least either one of the fuel or oxidant, based on the accumulated amounts of water detected by a water accumulation amount detection means 101, the stoppage time estimated by a stoppage time estimation means, and status of a fuel cell system detected by a fuel cell operational status detection means 103; then gives a supply stop instruction to a fuel supply means 105, and a oxidant supply means 106.
